What we collect

When you book an appointment we collect your name, WhatsApp number, preferred date and the reason you give. We send these only to the clinic you chose, so it can confirm your visit.

How clinics use it

Each clinic uses your details to confirm and manage your appointment, and may send reminders and a request to review them on Google. Clinics are responsible for the medical records they keep.

Your location

If you allow it, your browser shares your approximate location so we can show doctors near you. It is used only to find nearby doctors, kept in your own browser for a few hours, and never saved on our servers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

To see, correct or delete your details, contact the clinic or write to us.

Facebook and Instagram data (for clinics)

When a clinic connects its Facebook Page and Instagram business account, we read only the Page name, the Instagram username and account statistics (followers, reach, views and interactions) to show the clinic its own marketing numbers. We never post, send messages or read private messages, and we don't share these numbers with anyone else.

How to delete Facebook and Instagram data

The clinic's doctor can press Disconnect on the Marketing page at any time. This deletes the saved access token straight away. To also delete the saved statistics, write to us from the clinic's registered number or email, and we delete them within 30 days. You can also remove our app in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations.
